Shipping costs

Shipping within Italy costs €25 on orders below €600. On orders of €600 or more, shipping is free, except for islands and remote areas, where a surcharge may apply and will be communicated during the order.

Delivery times

• Flooring and wall coverings: 3–10 working days.
• Doors: 15–30 working days.

Times run from order confirmation and may vary depending on product availability, destination and any customisation. Any significant change is communicated to the customer.

How delivery works

Delivery is made by courier to the address given in the order. The customer must make sure the location is accessible to the delivery vehicle and that someone is there to receive the goods.

Checks on unloading

On delivery, the customer must check the number of parcels and the condition of the packaging in front of the courier. If parcels are missing, or packaging is open, wet, crushed or damaged, the goods must be accepted with a specific written reservation, describing the problem on the courier's document, and packaging and goods must be photographed. The report must be sent to CasaForma promptly.
